P.Harika working as Assistant Professor(C),University College of Management Hyderabad, JNTUH from Nov 2021 having around 17 years of teaching experience in teaching MBA &BBA Graduates and guided many students for their final year projects and thought many papers relating to Finance Specialization and few common paper for MBA and also been a part of BBA (DA) course by teaching few papers and also a Life time fello member of FMERU/ERU/USA, been a guest of Honor for International Faculty Development Program she was a Organizing Committee member for two International Conferences, participated in many conferences, workshops, Faculty Development Programes, Webinars, National Summit and  also completed a course through  NPTEL on Financial Reporting Analysis.
