Prof.Sindhu, Professor, Principal and  Chairperson of University College of Management Hyderabad, JNTUH  She was Director for more than two years from May 2020 till October 2022  School of Management Studies, JNTU Hyderabad.

Prof.Sindhu is an accomplished professor and administrator in the field of business management. She holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Management from Osmania University in Hyderabad and has more than 24 years of experience in teaching, training, and research.

She has been recognized for her achievements with several awards, the CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership from Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom (UK) and Women in Education from the Dewang Mehta National Education Award. She is recipient of Women in Industry and Academia award in August 2022 from Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society International, USA. She is also awarded Woman Achiever of Hyderabad on 8^th March 2021 by Siddham foundation a NGO.

Dr.Sindhu has published more than 120 research articles in international and national journals and conferences. She is a member of the editorial board, reviewer for several Management journals and  also authored three books.

She  guided nine Ph.D. Scholars  in the area of Business Management.  She is a subject expert on the board of studies for the Department of Management Studies at Central University of Tamil Nadu.She is the Member, Board of Studies (BOS) – Management Studies in various affiliated colleges as a University Nominee, board of studies member Osmania University, CBIT, Engineering Staff College of India and other universities. She has developed study materials for MBA programs at Osmania University and BRAOU Hyderabad.

In addition to her academic achievements, Prof. Sindhu is a dedicated mentor and  motivator for her students. She uses interactive teaching methodologies and is passionate about helping the students perform to their best abilities. She has delivered 69 expert lectures in various institutions and universities and has organized over 72 seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences and training course.

Prof. Sindhu has also been active in various professional organizations and has initiated women entrepreneurship programs during her tenure as President of JNTUH Women Employees Association. She has made important contributions to society by visiting and contributing funds to blind schools, orphanages, and old-age homes.
