Dr. Ramesh Gotte has an experience of over 13 years in teaching in the field of Management. He has done MBA from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad in 2013. He has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the Department of Human Resource Management, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, India in the year 2019.

Dr.Ramesh Gotte has started his career as an Assistant Professor at Ellanki Engineering College, affiliated to JNTUH Hyderabad from the year 2006-2010. He worked as a Assistant Professor (C) in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Engineering, JNTUH 2013-2014. In the year 2014 he joined as Assistant Professor (C) at School of Management Studies, JNTUH. Presently University College of Management Hyderabad (UCMH).

Dr.Ramesh Gotte has published two international research papers on "HR Practices and Employee Behaviour in retail organizations in Telangana state". He has participated in several national and international level conferences and has five publications to his credit. He has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs. He coordinated for Value Added Courses organized by the School of Management Studies from time to time. He has expertise in Business Statistics, Quantitative Techniques for Business Decisions, Research Methodology, Financial Institutions and Marketing Services, Financial Derivatives, Project Management and Data Analytics along with various general management subjects.
