M. Satya Prakash has done his MBA from Osmania University and gained a work experience of over twenty two years in diversified fields such as marketing and sales, human resource management, HR consulting and teaching. He started his career as a humble marketing and sales executive for a few companies including Indian Express Group and ICFAI Publications. Further he worked with few HR Consultancy firms where he was actively involved in designing, developing and implementing various training and organization development initiatives such as leadership development, competency-based performance management systems, development of high-performance process teams, job evaluation studies, assessment cum development centres and personality assessments etc. Subsequently, he worked with a few corporate companies at middle level HR management and handled the roles of talent acquisition and talent management, especially in MBO based performance management systems and organization development. Since November 2020, he has been working as an Assistant Professor (C) at the University College of Management Hyderabad (UCMH) and his areas of interest in teaching include general management, human resource management and marketing. Apart from teaching, he actively supports the management of the institution in industry-academia interaction; designing, coordinating and delivering various value added courses. As a research scholar, he has presented papers in six national and international conferences and he has six journal publications to his credit.
